It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Ev'rywhere you go;
Take a look in the five-and-ten,
glistening once again
With candy canes and silver lanes aglow.
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas,
Toys in ev'ry store,
But the prettiest sight to see is the holly that will be
On your own front door.

It's Christmas Eve. The most magical night of the year. Everything happens on Christmas Eve. When did it start to snow in VT at that nice Inn? On Christmas Eve, just as Bing started to sing White Christmas. When did Scrooge get visited by the three ghosts? Christmas Eve. By the way, my favorite versions of the Dickens classic have to be Scrooged with Bill Murry and the classic Mr. Magoo's Christmas Carol. It was Christmas Eve when John Boy trekked out into the snowy night looking for his father in the Homecoming which turned into The Waltons.
So what are your memories of Christmas Eve? I think it's almost better than Christmas day. It is still a day that you can fight the shoppers getting their last minute gifts. The tree never looks better as all the gifts are sitting under it, which reminds me I still have a couple to wrap.
So I will cut this short and start to get ready for tomorrow. I wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and I hope you get everything you asked Santa for. I would also like to wish Benjamin James Przedwiecki Merry first Christmas as he arrived yesterday in time for the fun.
